At Calle San Antonio 5, Local 5, La Zenia 03189, Orihuela Costa, Alicante is the perfect setting to be holding these events. You will find an abundance of café's and bars nearby to take a relaxing drink, or even take a leisurely stroll along the beach before or after the auction is held.

With plenty of off street parking, there is no need to worry about where to park your car. If you are flying into Spain from Europe we are nicely positioned as we are only 20 minutes away from

Murcia airport and 40 minutes from Alicante airport (not forgetting the new Corvera airport, due to open in 2011).

The main coastal road N332 has recently been widened into a dual carriageway making travelling a lot quicker with much less traffic, therefore the area is far more accessible.

Once you have arrived at the auction premises you will feel a wonderful ambience and a great atmosphere with a warm welcome from our helpful and friendly staff.

There are disabled toilet facilities and we have all of the modern technology required to run a very busy operation.
