Firstly, contact Spanish Property Auctions for a representative to call to your property for pre-valuation and discussion regarding property price.Once the agreed reserve price is fixed, both parties will then sign the sales contract.
Note, the property will only be sold for the agreed RESERVE PRICE or more on the day, the RESERVE PRICE will only be known between the Seller and Auctioneer. However, Spanish Property Auctions will bring any close bids to the Seller before, on the the day and even after the auction has been and gone.
Once sold we can then pass you to our administration department to take you through the process of sale. We have an independant lawyer, Rodas Consulting, also if you need an accountant we can recommend Royal Asesores with whom we have worked with for many, many years.
Once all conveyancing has finished, your sale monies will be paid into your Spanish bank account by the lawyer.
