What is a proxy bid?

A proxy bid is something that is set up if, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend the auction but have seen a property that you wish to purchase and want to make a bid on it.

You can bid on items without having to attend the Auction! Giving you, your chance to win the bid without being there. Proxy bidding allows friends, colleagues, or an appointed lawyer to attend an auction to submit a maximum bid amount.

You may bid by telephone as long as you are in the Spain, or you can setup a proxy bid by downloading our Proxy Form. In order to do so,  you will need to have set this up at least 24 hours prior to the auction you wish to bid at.  The form must be completely filled in with a signature.

All proxy bids will be placed 45 minutes into the event to allow the attending guests the first opportunity to bid. All proxy bidders will be contacted after the auction regarding successful bidding.
